Microwave Materialogy Mobilelab :
Microwave Materialogy Mobilelab is the most important instrument of the experimental platform. On the basis of muffle furnace, tube furnace, and chemical reactor/autoclave, it can also be assembled the following functional expansion modules: multi heating chambers, in situ macro thermogravimetric analysis, ultra-high heating & cooling speed of >500℃/min, high temperature rotation (anti-gravity centrifugation and purification in 1500℃), volatiles collection, micro-area targeting heater, high temperature tensile and compression, etc. All the equipment and functional modules have three heating modes simultaneously: traditional electric heating (used as traditional electric heating furnace), pure microwave heating or mixed heating. All the equipment can be integrated together for multifunctional use, and can also be custom assembled into an independent instrument for some specialized use.
External Fields Available Include :traditional electric heating and/or microwave heating, vacuum or atmosphere, different high temperature pressure-loading modes (mechanical or gas pressure), high temperature mechanical or electromagnetic stirring, microwave plasma or arc.
